MEET MR. PAT: Volunteer helps at the Griffin Pantry

Meet Taylor High School’s pantry helper. Pat Haner was a butcher at Krogers for 30 years. He retired in 2018 and was looking for something to do.

Pat has two grown girls (one is Taylor High School’s own Michelle Nedzlek) and four grandchildren (one is Chris Szabo).

The students look forward to seeing him each week when he gets them for pantry.  According to Pat, he gets more out of it then the students do. Taylor High School fees that is mutual blessing!

Recently, Mr. Pat and his wife, Sandy hand-painted Christmas tree bulbs with each pantry students name on them, and gave them a gift card to Target.

Please welcome Mr. Pat to our Griffin family.
