Pupil Accounting Department and Special Education Departments are located at the Taylor School District Board Annex Building located at 13500 Pine Street. This location is the same as the old SGA or Brake Middle School. It is most easily accessed from Superior Parkway or Kennedy Drive.
Pupil Accounting offices will be open Monday – Friday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. to assist you with new student enrollment and re-enrollments. We are also available for address changes and In-District and Out-of-District Schools of Choice applications.
The following items are required for enrollment:
- Child’s Birth Certificate or Guardianship Paperwork/Court Placement, if applicable
- ID of Parent/Guardian on the Birth Certificate or Guardianship paperwork
- Immunization record
- TWO current documents in your name to provide proof of residency.
Valid driver’s license; mortgage, rental, lease which contains your name and the address; utility bill (printed copy if you use online payment method); water bill; DHHS or other state/federal document containing name of child(ren), your name, and your current address; voter registration; auto registration.
